What happens in a Hippo Haven Visit
The Hippo Haven Visit is the heart of everything we do. A personal appointment at your home, built entirely around you and your family, and quite possibly the calmest ninety minutes of your whole preparation.
We come to you
Pick a time that suits. The van arrives at your door with a curated selection and no rush.
A proper conversation
Step inside the van and, over a coffee, we get to know your life: your car, your home, how you'll actually get about.
See it, try it, feel it
Push the pushchair down your own street. Fit the car seat in your own car. Check it all fits your home and your boot before you commit to anything.
Choose in your own time
No decision on the spot. We leave you the details; you sit with it. Everything stays in the app.
Ready for the first journey
We come back to fit your car seat properly in your own car and hand over your pushchair set up and ready to go.
Before we arrive
Your Visit starts before the van does.
Once your Visit is booked, we'll invite you into the Hippo Haven app. Browse our range, shortlist the things you'd like to see, and leave us your questions or notes. Your advisor sees it all before setting off, so we arrive ready for you.
And it stays with you afterwards
The visit doesn't end when we drive away.
